About the role

Responsibilities

  • Attain calls from customers regarding printers, routers, and email issues
  • Diagnose technical issues and recommend appropriate service plans
  • Sell technical support plans and relevant software to customers
  • Handle customer queries and process payments

Requirements

  • 1-5 years of experience in an outbound process
  • Minimum qualification of 10+2
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Ability to work night shifts (08:30 pm to 06:30 am)
  • Ability to handle client queries professionally
