About the role
Responsibilities
- Attain calls from customers regarding printers, routers, and email issues
- Diagnose technical issues and recommend appropriate service plans
- Sell technical support plans and relevant software to customers
- Handle customer queries and process payments
Requirements
- 1-5 years of experience in outbound processes (minimum 6 months in international outbound for inbound tech process)
- Minimum qualification of 10+2
- Excellent English communication skills
- Ability to work night shifts (08:30 pm to 06:30 am)
- Ability to handle client queries professionally
