About the role

Responsibilities

  • Attain inbound calls from customers regarding printers, routers, and emails
  • Analyze technical issues correctly
  • Sell relevant service plans and software to customers
  • Close calls and process customer payments
  • Pitch service plans confidently to customers

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months experience in an international outbound tech process
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Ability to work night shifts (US Shift)
  • Graduate or undergraduate qualification
