About the role
Responsibilities
- Call handling from customers to resolve issues regarding printers, routers, and email
- Supporting customer queries and providing necessary assistance
- Reporting directly to the team lead
- Performing proactive work to ensure service quality
Requirements
- Graduate or 10+2 educated candidates
- Excellent English fluency and communication skills
- 1 year of experience in International Voice is an advantage
- Experience in International BPO (inbound or outbound) is preferred
- Ability to work rotational and night shifts
- Age between 18-32 years
- Must provide work experience certificates
