Responsibilities
- Provide inbound technical support for US-based customers
- Handle technical queries via phone or digital channels
- Work within a night shift schedule to align with US time zones
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills
- At least 6 months of experience in International Outbound processes
- Ability to join immediately
- Age between 18 to 30 years
