About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound technical support calls for the US shift
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to computers, printers, broadband, routers, and email
- Provide support for Mac, iPhone, and iPad devices
- Resolve customer issues accurately and close calls independently
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of experience in Inbound/Outbound Technical Support within an International BPO
- Proven experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Strong English communication skills
- Ability to work US night shifts
- Ability to join immediately
