About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide inbound and outbound technical support for international clients
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to computers, printers, broadband, routers, and email
  • Resolve issues for Mac, iPhone, and iPad devices
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate resolutions
  • Manage and close calls effectively

Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in Inbound/Outbound Technical Support within an International BPO
  • Proven experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Ability to work US night shifts
  • Strong convincing and sales skills
  • Immediate availability preferred
