About the role

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound technical support calls for US shift (night shift)
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to computers, printers, broadband, routers, email, Mac, iPhone, and iPad
  • Provide accurate resolutions to customer issues
  • Manage call closures, including processing payments through various gateways

Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in Inbound or Outbound Technical Support within an International BPO
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues
  • Ability to work night shifts (US Shift)
  • Experience in closing calls and handling payments
  • No freshers or domestic BPO candidates allowed
