About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound technical support calls for US shift (night shift)
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to computers, printers, broadband, routers, email, Mac, iPhone, and iPad
- Provide accurate resolutions to customer issues
- Manage call closures, including processing payments through various gateways
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of experience in Inbound or Outbound Technical Support within an International BPO
- Excellent English communication skills
- Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Ability to work night shifts (US Shift)
- Experience in closing calls and handling payments
- No freshers or domestic BPO candidates allowed
