About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound technical support calls for US-based customers
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to computers, printers, broadband, routers, and email
- Provide support for Mac, iPhone, and iPad devices
- Resolve customer issues accurately and close calls independently
- Process payments through various gateways during call resolution
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of experience in International Inbound/Outbound Technical Support (BPO)
- Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Excellent English communication skills
- Ability to work US night shifts
- Experience in closing calls and handling payments
- No freshers or domestic BPO candidates allowed
