About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide inbound technical support to customers via voice calls
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to computers, printers, broadband, routers, and email
- Resolve issues for Mac, iPhone, and iPad devices
- Handle customer issues and provide accurate resolutions
- Manage call closures and process payments through various gateways
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of experience in Inbound/Outbound Technical Support in an International BPO
- Excellent English communication skills
- Experience troubleshooting hardware and software (Computer, Printer, Broadband, Router, Email, Mac, iOS)
- Ability to work US night shifts
- Proven ability to close calls and process payments
- No freshers or domestic BPO candidates allowed
