About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound technical support calls
- Manage call closures and process payments through various gateways
- Utilize convincing and sales skills to assist customers
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in Inbound or Outbound technical support
- Excellent English communication skills
- Ability to work US night shifts (9:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
- Ability to join immediately
- Proficiency in closing calls and handling payments
