About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct online product demos and customer training sessions.
- Provide technical support services via voice, email, and chat.
- Perform in-depth systematic troubleshooting to identify root causes.
- Gather and analyze customer requirements to deliver accurate solutions.
- Reproduce, document, and communicate bugs to developers and customers.
- Respond to RFI requests and follow up with contacts in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical problems.
- Perform configuration changes to fulfill specific customer requests.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a client-facing role.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MySQL and REST APIs.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with third-party connection platforms such as Postman or Zapier.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to multitask across various operating systems (Windows, Mac OSX, Mobile).
- Willingness to travel within the country as required.
