Technical Support Engineer

Responsibilities

• Support enterprise API customers across multiple channels including email, chat, phone, and video conferencing
• Perform technical deep-dives by testing and debugging REST APIs, interpreting system logs, and querying databases
• Act as a first responder during major technical incidents and high-severity escalations
• Coordinate with global engineering and commercial teams to resolve critical issues
• Capture and communicate partner issue trends to product and engineering teams to drive platform improvements

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a Technical Support Engineering role within a complex, enterprise-level environment
• Proven experience testing and debugging REST APIs and interpreting system logs
• Proficiency in querying databases to trace technical issues
• Experience with incident management and handling high-severity outages under pressure
• Strong communication skills for supporting enterprise clients via live calls and written channels
• Ability to work a standard schedule including a monthly on-call rotation for weekend/holiday coverage

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Python or JavaScript
