About the role

Responsibilities

  • Investigate, troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues related to customer API and SDK implementations
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders regarding technical resolutions
  • Collaborate with team members to identify bugs and escalate issues to next-level support
  • Contribute to both internal and external technical knowledge bases
  • Support strategic customers integrating real-time communication technologies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field
  • 2-4 years of experience in technical support, customer success, or technical account management within the Telecommunications or SaaS sectors
  • Proven experience supporting or implementing APIs or SDKs
  • Knowledge of IP-based real-time multimedia communication protocols, including VoIP, SIP, RTP, WebRTC, or WebSockets
  • Ability to troubleshoot both client-side and server-side code

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with programming languages such as PHP, Python, Ruby, or Node
  • Development experience with JavaScript, iOS, or Android
  • Experience building applications using iOS, Android, or JavaScript
  • Conceptual understanding of software design principles
