About the role
Responsibilities
- Investigate, troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues related to cloud communication platforms
- Provide first-class technical support to strategic customers integrating real-time communication APIs and SDKs
- Drive Knowledge-Centered-Service methodologies by capturing, refining, and publishing solutions into the Knowledge Base
- Communicate effectively with diverse audiences, ranging from technical developers to non-technical stakeholders
- Note: This role operates on a fixed shift timing of 14:30 - 22:30 IST
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in Technical Support, ideally within the telecommunications, CPaaS, or SaaS sectors
- Experience navigating the CPaaS Business Messaging ecosystem, including A2P SMS, RCS, and/or OTT channels
- Proven experience supporting API or SDK implementation and integration
- Strong technical literacy in networking fundamentals and API-driven ecosystems
