About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end post-sales technical support for complex, multi-stakeholder customer environments
  • Drive SLA performance excellence and identify systemic gaps in workflows
  • Author high-quality KB articles and perform root cause analyses (RCA)
  • Manage escalation paths to engineering and influence product roadmaps with support insights
  • Monitor and improve key metrics including MTTR, NPS, and CSAT
  • Provide technical expertise in Data Privacy, Security, SQL/NoSQL, Linux, Networking, and Cloud Platforms

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field
  • 7+ years of experience as a technical support engineer
  • Hands-on experience with Data Privacy and Security (DLP, Encryption, Access, Classification)
  • Proficiency with SQL/NoSQL, Linux, Bash scripting, and Networking (OSI model)
  • Experience with Cloud Platforms, Docker, Kubernetes, and Virtualization
  • Proficiency in technical support systems like Zendesk
  • Ability to participate in a 24x7 technical support coverage shift

  • Understanding of Data Security and Privacy regulations
