About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers to determine and address technical needs.
  • Perform onsite support and triage for network ports, WAPs, access switches, and shared printers.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot Audio Visual (AV) equipment, room booking tablets, and digital signage.
  • Conduct daily checks, management, and monitoring of onsite equipment.
  • Triage and log technical tickets with third-party vendors.
  • Assist with the installation and support of network equipment at the customer's premises.
  • Escalate incidents to the offsite team and assist with remote diagnostic activities as required.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working as an onsite IT engineer or within a busy Service Desk environment.
  • Must have the legal right to live and work in the UK.
  • Ability to pass BPSS and SC Clearance vetting requirements.
