About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customers to determine and address technical needs.
- Perform onsite support and triage for hardware, including desk/wall/floor ports, WAP ceiling ports, and access switches.
- Maintain and troubleshoot Audio Visual (AV) equipment, room booking tablets, and digital signage.
- Manage and monitor onsite equipment through daily checks.
- Triage and log technical tickets with third-party vendors.
- Assist with the installation and support of network equipment at the customer's premises.
- Escalate incidents to the offsite team and assist with remote-guided diagnostics and resolution.
Requirements
- Previous experience working as an onsite IT engineer or within a busy Service Desk environment.
- Must have the legal right to live and work in the UK.
- Ability to pass BPSS and SC Clearance (Security Clearance) vetting requirements.
