About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers to determine technical needs
  • Perform on-site support and triage for desk, wall, and floor ports, WAP ceiling ports, and equipment room patching
  • Support shared printers, audio visual equipment, room booking tablets, and digital signage
  • Escalate incidents to offsite teams and assist with diagnostic and resolution activities
  • Monitor and manage on-site equipment daily
  • Triage and log tickets with third-party vendors
  • Assist with the installation and support of network equipment at customer premises

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an on-site IT engineer or on a busy Service Desk
  • Experience with AV equipment is highly advantageous
  • Must have the right to live and work in the UK
  • Must meet Security Clearance (SC) vetting requirements
  • Ability to pass BPSS and SC Clearance
