About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customers to determine technical needs
- Perform on-site support and triage for desk, wall, and floor ports, WAP ceiling ports, and equipment room patching
- Support shared printers, audio visual equipment, room booking tablets, and digital signage
- Escalate incidents to offsite teams and assist with diagnostic and resolution activities
- Monitor and manage on-site equipment daily
- Triage and log tickets with third-party vendors
- Assist with the installation and support of network equipment at customer premises
Requirements
- Previous experience working as an on-site IT engineer or on a busy Service Desk
- Ability to meet Security Clearance (SC) vetting requirements
- Right to live and work in the UK
- Successful completion of BPSS and SC Clearance
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Audio Visual (AV) equipment
