Technical Support Engineer

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain technical and commercial documentation, including quotations, proposals, reports, and presentations
• Coordinate with international suppliers and headquarters regarding technical specifications and order status
• Review customer requirements and assist in preparing suitable technical solutions
• Follow up on customer inquiries and provide timely technical and operational support
• Coordinate shipping, order processing, and documentation to ensure smooth project execution
• Maintain accurate records of contracts, quotations, orders, and correspondence
• Liaise between clients, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure effective communication

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 0–3 years of experience in technical coordination, support, operations, or administration
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational, time-management, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in generators, marine equipment, or manufacturing is a plus
