About the role

Responsibilities

  • Onboard new customers post-sale by conducting technical discovery sessions and creating personalized onboarding plans.
  • Accelerate product adoption by identifying usage gaps and demonstrating high-impact features to maximize customer investment.
  • Resolve mission-critical technical issues involving complex data integrations, API challenges, and AI/Agentforce implementations.
  • Diagnose root causes of sophisticated platform challenges and coordinate critical escalations with speed and precision.
  • Guide customers on engineering best practices for code quality, scalability, security, and maintainability.
  • Synthesize recurring technical friction patterns into data-backed feedback for Product and Engineering teams.

Requirements

  • Strong background in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline.
  • Proficiency in the Java programming language.
  • 2+ years of experience debugging and troubleshooting Java code and applications.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience assessing business objectives and driving stakeholder alignment across different organizational levels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, collaboration, and facilitation skills.
  • A customer-centric mindset with the ability to act as a trusted advisor and build consultative relationships.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in customer-facing technical roles such as Technical Support, Solutions Engineering, or Professional Services.
  • Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and/or the Agentforce platform.
  • Experience building solutions with AI/LLM technologies, including prompt engineering and AI orchestration frameworks.
  • Familiarity with data modeling, processing, and integration using platforms like Snowflake or Databricks.
