About the role
Responsibilities
- Onboard new customers post-sale by conducting technical discovery sessions and creating personalized onboarding plans.
- Accelerate product adoption by identifying usage gaps and demonstrating high-impact features to maximize customer investment.
- Resolve mission-critical technical issues involving complex data integrations, API challenges, and AI/Agentforce implementations.
- Diagnose root causes of sophisticated platform challenges and coordinate critical escalations with speed and precision.
- Guide customers on engineering best practices for code quality, scalability, security, and maintainability.
- Synthesize recurring technical friction patterns into data-backed feedback for Product and Engineering teams.
Requirements
- Strong background in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline.
- Proficiency in the Java programming language.
- 2+ years of experience debugging and troubleshooting Java code and applications.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Experience assessing business objectives and driving stakeholder alignment across different organizational levels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, collaboration, and facilitation skills.
- A customer-centric mindset with the ability to act as a trusted advisor and build consultative relationships.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer-facing technical roles such as Technical Support, Solutions Engineering, or Professional Services.
- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and/or the Agentforce platform.
- Experience building solutions with AI/LLM technologies, including prompt engineering and AI orchestration frameworks.
- Familiarity with data modeling, processing, and integration using platforms like Snowflake or Databricks.
