Responsibilities

• Assist external developers with system integrations
• Handle technical support queries regarding programming languages and concepts
• Ensure customers receive excellent and consistent service adhering to SLAs
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently
• Provide step-by-step technical help via written and verbal communication
• Participate in 24/7 support shifts and standby rotations

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience as a Technical Support Agent
• Tertiary qualification in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
• Experience working with APIs and system integrations
• Proficiency in troubleshooting logs and using tools like Postman
• Understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and technical products
• Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software
• Ability to work under pressure and handle high-demand periods

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with payment gateways
