About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues both in-person and remotely to distribution center users.
  • Administer and maintain technological infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems, to ensure high availability.
  • Supervise equipment performance and perform preventive maintenance to proactively resolve stability issues.
  • Manage mobile device solutions, endpoint monitoring tools, and asset inventories while maintaining technical documentation.
  • Support and administer end devices used in logistics operations, such as thermal printers, handheld data collectors, and scanners.
  • Incorporate AI tools and automation into technical support processes to optimize incident analysis and reporting.

Requirements

  • Degree in IT, Engineering, Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in technical support and infrastructure administration.
  • Strong expertise in network configurations (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Firewalls) and security policies (VPN, QoS, routing protocols like OSPF/BGP).
  • Proficiency in OS administration (Windows, ChromeOS, macOS) and Active Directory management.
  • Experience with monitoring tools such as Zabbix and Grafana.
  • Technical knowledge of logistics end devices and troubleshooting peripherals.
  • Familiarity with ITIL, SRE, and Agile methodologies.
