Technical Support Engineer

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot plant operational issues and deliver effective technical solutions to maintain safe production.
• Lead small-scale projects to improve plant reliability, efficiency, and overall performance.
• Support the safe and efficient startup of new production facilities and ensure operational readiness.
• Develop and deliver technical training to operations personnel to strengthen onsite capabilities.
• Establish and maintain technical standards, best practices, and critical alerts across operations.
• Utilize EAM systems to optimize maintenance strategies, identify critical spares, and improve asset availability.
• Partner with design and installation teams to enhance future plant designs and long-term performance.
• Track and report KPIs and provide technical input for business opportunities.
• Support operations with up to 30% travel and occasional after-hours support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a minimum of 4 years of relevant technical experience.
• Hands-on experience in plant operations, maintenance, or industrial systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in complex industrial environments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and meet operational deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaborating across all organizational levels.
