Responsibilities

  • Provide professional support to Kaseya customers via chats, phones, and tickets
  • Meet or exceed internal KPI targets and customer expectations
  • Maintain a professional, courteous, and customer-first attitude
  • Solve technical problems to ensure business continuity and security

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of Linux/UNIX and Windows OS
  • Experience with virtualization technologies including VMware and Hyper-V
  • Experience with BIOS/UEFI troubleshooting and system boot
  • Hands-on experience with Linux commands and troubleshooting using PuTTY/SSH
  • Ability to perform basic system log analysis
  • Knowledge of Windows server and workstation hardware
  • Skills in Windows Server Core management and administration
  • Understanding of Active Directory permissions (ACLs) and Group Policy
  • Familiarity with NAS, SAN, Tape, USB, RAID configurations, and virtual storage
  • Understanding of file systems (NTFS, FAT, ext4), permissions, and backup/recovery
  • Basic knowledge of MS Exchange Server, MS SQL, and Oracle DB
  • Familiarity with the OSI model and network stack troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP/HTTPS)
  • Ability to use CLI commands such as ping, ipconfig, Nmap, and traceroute
  • Experience with firewall rule configuration and troubleshooting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • CompTIA A+, Network+, Server+, or Security+ certifications
  • Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator
  • Red Hat Linux certification
  • VMware VCP
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect
