Responsibilities

  • Provide professional support to Kaseya customers via chats, phones, and tickets
  • Meet or exceed internal KPI targets and expectations to ensure customer delight
  • Troubleshoot technical issues to keep businesses running smoothly and securely
  • Maintain a professional, courteous, and customer-first attitude

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of technical support experience
  • Working knowledge of Linux/UNIX systems and Windows OS
  • Experience with virtualization technologies like VMware and Hyper-V
  • Hands-on experience with Linux commands and troubleshooting using PuTTY/SSH
  • Knowledge of BIOS/UEFI troubleshooting and system boot
  • Ability to perform basic system log analysis
  • Familiarity with Windows Server Core management and Active Directory permissions
  • Understanding of NAS, SAN, Tape, USB, RAID configurations, and virtual storage
  • Knowledge of file systems (NTFS, FAT, ext4) and backup/recovery methodologies
  • Basic knowledge of MS Exchange Server, MS SQL, and Oracle DB
  • Understanding of the OSI model and network stack troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP/HTTPS)
  • Experience with firewall rule configuration and port troubleshooting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • CompTIA A+, Network+, Server+, or Security+ certifications
  • Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator
  • Red Hat Linux certification
  • VMware VCP
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect
