About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical assistance to customers, consultants, and partners via support portal, email, chat, and phone
  • Troubleshoot complex issues by reproducing problems and determining effective resolutions
  • Triage newly reported problems, assign appropriate severity, and work toward resolution
  • Recreate product defects and collaborate with the engineering maintenance team to scope fixes
  • Create and maintain Knowledgebase articles to expand self-help tools for customers and internal teams
  • Participate in client calls to provide updates on outstanding support-related issues
  • Perform software updates, backups, and system maintenance as required
  • Document technical environments, processes, testing plans, and project plans

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in enterprise software support, development/QA, or a similar technical role
  • Proficiency with MSSQL and SQL Server/database management
  • Experience with Windows server and IIS
  • Strong environment architecture and troubleshooting skills, including application, database, OS, and security layers
  • Excellent organizational, customer relationship, and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Highly motivated self-starter with strong problem-solving and listening skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with an IS focus
  • Hands-on experience working with .NET applications
