About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance to customers, consultants, and partners via support portal, email, chat, and phone
- Troubleshoot complex issues by reproducing problems and determining effective resolutions
- Triage newly reported problems, assign appropriate severity, and work toward resolution
- Recreate product defects and collaborate with the engineering maintenance team to scope fixes
- Create and maintain Knowledgebase articles to expand self-help tools for customers and internal teams
- Participate in client calls to provide updates on outstanding support-related issues
- Perform software updates, backups, and system maintenance as required
- Document technical environments, processes, testing plans, and project plans
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in enterprise software support, development/QA, or a similar technical role
- Proficiency with MSSQL and SQL Server/database management
- Experience with Windows server and IIS
- Strong environment architecture and troubleshooting skills, including application, database, OS, and security layers
- Excellent organizational, customer relationship, and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Highly motivated self-starter with strong problem-solving and listening skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with an IS focus
- Hands-on experience working with .NET applications
