Technical Support Engineer

Responsibilities

• Drive technical resolution of complex provisioning and API failures by investigating root causes
• Troubleshoot network-related incidents including failed SIM activations and outages
• Act as the primary escalation point and mentor for Tier 1 support partners
• Translate technical findings into accessible documentation and clear customer communication
• Champion bug fixes and feature improvements by feeding insights to Product and Engineering

Requirements

• Comfortable debugging APIs using tools like Postman
• Solid grasp of core technical concepts such as Webhooks, REST, and request tracing
• Demonstrated problem-solving mindset in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts
• Operational agility to own queue priorities and manage requests without constant supervision
