About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive technical resolution of complex provisioning and API failures by investigating root causes
- Troubleshoot network-related incidents including failed SIM activations and outages
- Act as the primary escalation point and mentor for Tier 1 support partners
- Translate technical findings into accessible documentation and clear customer communication
- Champion bug fixes and feature improvements by feeding insights to Product and Engineering
