Responsibilities
- Resolve technical issues in a structured manner for end customers
- Consultatively work with customers to implement solutions
- Perform log analysis and troubleshooting to address product issues
- Support omnichannel communication technologies within the contact center environment
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a product support engineer
- Proficiency with Windows operating systems, MS SQL, and IIS
- Hands-on experience with log analysis and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with IP Networking, SQL, REST APIs, and Linux
- Experience with contact center software such as Cisco UCCE, Amazon Connect, NICE inContact, Twilio, Avaya, or Genesys
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience with outbound contact center products
