Responsibilities

  • Resolve technical issues in a structured manner for end customers
  • Consultatively work with customers to implement solutions
  • Perform log analysis and troubleshooting to address product issues
  • Support omnichannel communication technologies within the contact center environment

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a product support engineer
  • Proficiency with Windows operating systems, MS SQL, and IIS
  • Hands-on experience with log analysis and troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with IP Networking, SQL, REST APIs, and Linux
  • Experience with contact center software such as Cisco UCCE, Amazon Connect, NICE inContact, Twilio, Avaya, or Genesys

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience with outbound contact center products
