About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex T2/T3 POS integration support cases and document interactions
  • Own POS integration issues including credential failures, check linking, and webhook gaps
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams to resolve issues
  • Perform detailed QA and diagnosis of application and partner environment issues using logs and API payloads
  • Onboard POS partners following SOPs for API access and developer documentation
  • Improve internal tooling, workflows, and runbooks using automation and AI
  • Author training and knowledge-base content to support the technical ecosystem

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in technical support, integration support, or solutions roles
  • Hands-on experience with POS integrations (API auth, webhooks, polling, and checks/tickets)
  • Depth in at least two POS ecosystems (e.g., Square, Toast, Lightspeed, or Micros)
  • Proficiency with APIs (REST, webhooks, JSON payloads)
  • Experience with JSON, Python, and HTTP debugging using tools like curl or Postman
  • Experience using Zendesk and Jira
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical documentation skills
