About the role
Responsibilities
- Resolve customer-reported issues regarding installation, configuration, and operation of Dell Technologies products
- Provide remote diagnostic technical support and analyze complex technical challenges
- Determine priority levels while negotiating and setting expectations with customers
- Document relevant technical information and ensure timely communication with customers
- Provide feedback to Engineering teams to improve product quality and reliability
- Drive operational excellence through quality closures and proper escalation of issues
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of related technical support experience
- Fluency in both Dutch and English
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills using diagnostic procedures
- Excellent communication skills, phone etiquette, and customer focus
- Ability to work under pressure with calmness and composure
- Ability to work shifts, holidays, weekends, and on-call responsibilities
