About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary subject matter expert, delivering deep technical guidance and authoritative support to customers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring clear communication and effective problem-solving.
- Own customer issues from intake through resolution to minimize downtime and improve system reliability.
- Document and share knowledge by contributing to internal knowledge bases and creating technical guides.
- Provide mentorship to junior team members to foster a strong, knowledgeable team environment.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to provide critical assistance and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Kubernetes administration and troubleshooting (cluster management, networking, and storage).
- Strong Linux/Unix fundamentals and experience in distributed, containerized environments.
- Experience with at least one major public cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience supporting customers in a SaaS or cloud-native environment.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a passion for diagnosing complex technical issues.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Fluency in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- CKA or CKAD Certification.
- Terraform Certification.
- Cloud Architect Certification.
