Responsibilities
- Support the technology experience of employees and partners within the Odoo ERP system
- Provide support for other business systems and data integrations tied to the ERP
- Respond to internal user support requests via phone, email, and chat
- Investigate and troubleshoot software and hardware failures
- Coordinate with external support and development partners
- Manage access control and segregation-of-duties initiatives
- Identify opportunities for system optimization and assist with the ERP roadmap
Requirements
- Current professional experience in technical support or systems administration
- Experience administering and supporting enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
- Strong systems thinking and proactive problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with users of all technical backgrounds
- Experience managing external vendor relationships
- Ability to work on-site in Batavia and travel between Maddox locations as required
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical or strategic consulting experience with open-source or highly customizable ERP systems
- 10+ years of related professional experience
