About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex onsite issues related to clinical diagnostic equipment and software.
  • Contribute to product management and new product introductions by identifying issues related to design, reliability, and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with global engineering teams to improve product quality and reliability.
  • Provide advanced technical support to customers to build strong and trusted professional relationships.
  • Lead issue resolution and preventive maintenance activities within clinical environments to improve healthcare outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above (including university, graduate school, junior college, or technical college).
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Proven experience in equipment maintenance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience as a Field Service Engineer in the medical device industry.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, as well as PC and network fundamentals.
  • English proficiency sufficient to read technical manuals (TOEIC score of approximately 500 or higher preferred).
