About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex onsite issues related to clinical diagnostic equipment and software.
- Contribute to product management and new product introductions by identifying issues related to design, reliability, and maintenance.
- Collaborate with global engineering teams to improve product quality and reliability.
- Provide advanced technical support to customers to build strong and trusted professional relationships.
- Lead issue resolution and preventive maintenance activities within clinical environments to improve healthcare outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above (including university, graduate school, junior college, or technical college).
- Valid driver's license.
- Proven experience in equipment maintenance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as a Field Service Engineer in the medical device industry.
- Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, as well as PC and network fundamentals.
- English proficiency sufficient to read technical manuals (TOEIC score of approximately 500 or higher preferred).
