About the role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the frontline technical problem-solver for high-value enterprise customers
  • Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to tackle challenging technical problems
  • Master the entire product ecosystem and expand technical knowledge
  • Collaborate with Product and R&D teams to investigate bugs and escalate customer pain points
  • Participate in customer meetings and assist with integrations
  • Provide expert guidance on product configuration to optimize performance

Requirements

  • At least 3 years in a technical support engineer or similar technical role
  • Strong customer-facing skills
  • Experience with JSON, SQL, APIs, and webhooks
  • Experience with log analysis and error debugging
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize urgent issues
  • Fantastic spoken and written English
  • Must be located in North America

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with GCP, Jira, Intercom, and Notion
  • Experience with web technologies and scripting languages
