Responsibilities
- Serve as the frontline technical problem-solver for high-value enterprise customers
- Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to tackle challenging technical problems
- Master the entire product ecosystem and expand technical knowledge
- Collaborate with Product and R&D teams to investigate bugs and escalate customer pain points
- Participate in customer meetings and assist with integrations
- Provide expert guidance on product configuration to optimize performance
Requirements
- At least 3 years in a technical support engineer or similar technical role
- Strong customer-facing skills
- Experience with JSON, SQL, APIs, and webhooks
- Experience with log analysis and error debugging
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize urgent issues
- Fantastic spoken and written English
- Must be located in North America
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with GCP, Jira, Intercom, and Notion
- Experience with web technologies and scripting languages
