About the role

Responsibilities

  • Respond to client requests via phone, chat, and tickets while educating customers on the Datadog platform
  • Develop deep relationships with Premier Customers to understand their unique technical environments
  • Reproduce complex issues and investigate Datadog's 600+ integrations
  • Create technical documentation and knowledge base articles
  • Drive product improvement conversations based on client feedback and observed needs
  • Participate in routine health check meetings with Premier Customers

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in multi-channel technical support at a SaaS company
  • Previous experience in a Premium or Enterprise technical support role
  • Programming experience and basic knowledge of Linux
  • Knowledge of current infrastructure and monitoring technologies
  • Ability to work a rotating schedule that includes weekend availability
  • Strong critical thinking skills and a client-centric approach
