Technical Support Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Support the broader sales and technical teams through process improvement and operational coordination
• Manage purchasing processes, including purchase orders, invoicing, pricing, and catalogue management
• Oversee stock tracking and invoice reconciliation
• Handle vendor and contract management, including procurement processes
• Solve complex problems using commercial acumen to improve the customer experience

Requirements

• Proven experience in a technical support, sales support, or operations coordination role within a commercial or industrial environment
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, data analysis) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong experience in vendor and contract management
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with high accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with enterprise systems such as SAP, JD Edwards (JDE), or Salesforce
• Tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related discipline
