Technical Support Consultant

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized technical support to customers and Vertiv service teams regarding Power segment products.
• Conduct root cause analysis investigations in collaboration with global technical forums and manufacturing centers.
• Perform remote technical analysis based on Vertiv documentation and regional standards.
• Prepare the service area for new product launches by ensuring availability of training, spare parts, and technical readiness.
• Develop customized technical solutions and provide labor hour estimates in coordination with the commercial services team.
• Support complex technical cases escalated from the technical support analyst team.
• Contribute to the improvement of technical libraries and documentation based on field inquiries.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Telecommunications Engineering.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in maintenance of electrical or electronic equipment.
• Technical knowledge of UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) systems.
• Advanced English reading and writing skills, with intermediate conversational English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of Quality and HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) technical standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of experience in similar technical maintenance roles.
• Experience with monitoring solutions and Building Management Systems (BMS).
• Proficiency with SmartSheet and Power BI.
• Previous experience working in Data Center environments.
