Technical Support Consultant

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized technical support for Thermal Management products to customers and service teams.
• Conduct root cause analysis and interact with global business units and manufacturing centers in English.
• Prepare the service area for new products and projects by ensuring training and spare parts availability.
• Develop customized technical solutions and provide labor hour analysis for service projects.
• Perform remote technical analysis based on Vertiv documentation and regional standards.
• Create and present root cause analysis reports and technical documentation to clients.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in mechanical or electromechanical equipment maintenance.
• Technical knowledge in HVAC, Chillers, and PLCs.
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (completed or in progress).
• Advanced English reading and writing skills, with intermediate conversational ability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of Quality and Safety (HSE) technical standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of experience in similar technical maintenance roles.
• Knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS) and monitoring solutions.
• Proficiency with Smartsheet and Power BI.
• Previous experience working in Data Center environments.
