About the role

Responsibilities

  • Research and respond to internal support requests, including support tickets and change requests
  • Coordinate the implementation and testing of new customers within Compleat and Mantic Point platforms
  • Create, update, and troubleshoot existing Compleat functions to meet business requirements
  • Liaise with vendors regarding technical issues requiring support tickets
  • Utilize AI tools to translate code for non-technical audiences and enhance development efficiency
  • Assist with project management, task tracking, and monitoring technical roadblocks

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in the travel industry, preferably within a TMC or travel agency
  • 1+ years of development experience with Compleat or similar travel automation platforms
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Sabre GDS
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Ability to work a schedule that coincides with US Central Time business hours

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with HTML, VisualBasic, APIs, and system integrations
  • Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude
  • Experience using issue-tracking tools like Jira or FreshService
  • Knowledge of other GDS platforms including TravelPort or Amadeus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio)
