About the role
Responsibilities
- Research and respond to internal support requests, including support tickets and change requests
- Coordinate the implementation and testing of new customers within Compleat and Mantic Point platforms
- Create, update, and troubleshoot existing Compleat functions to meet business requirements
- Liaise with vendors regarding technical issues requiring support tickets
- Utilize AI tools to translate code for non-technical audiences and enhance development efficiency
- Assist with project management, task tracking, and monitoring technical roadblocks
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in the travel industry, preferably within a TMC or travel agency
- 1+ years of development experience with Compleat or similar travel automation platforms
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Sabre GDS
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Ability to work a schedule that coincides with US Central Time business hours
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with HTML, VisualBasic, APIs, and system integrations
- Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude
- Experience using issue-tracking tools like Jira or FreshService
- Knowledge of other GDS platforms including TravelPort or Amadeus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio)
