Responsibilities

• Provide inbound technical support for US and UK markets
• Handle voice support calls effectively
• Manage call closures and process payments through various gateways
• Meet sales and support targets to earn incentives

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills
• At least 6 months of experience in International Outbound for Inbound Tech Process roles
• Ability to handle payment gateway transactions
• Ability to join immediately
• Age between 18 to 30 years
