About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance through easy-to-follow steps
- Convert callers to customers by enrolling them in appropriate support plans using soft selling skills
- Sell software and service packages
- Resolve technical issues promptly and cost-effectively
- Handle blue screen errors and troubleshoot hardware/software issues
- Manage and close calls independently
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in an Inbound Tech Support process
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience troubleshooting Computers, Printers, Broadband, Routers, Email, Mac, iPhone, and iPad
- Ability to work fixed night shifts (US timings)
- High school diploma or Graduation
