About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide white-glove IT support for Windows, macOS, mobile devices, Microsoft 365, networking, and AV/VC systems
- Support executives and trading floor users in a fast-paced environment
- Manage hardware lifecycle including procurement, deployment, and inventory
- Act as on-site liaison for the Managed Service Provider to triage tickets and monitor SLAs
- Support security efforts including vulnerability remediation, patching, and incident response
- Collaborate with infrastructure and DevOps teams on endpoint, identity, and network initiatives
Requirements
- 2+ years in IT support or desktop engineering
- Experience in financial services or fast-paced environments preferred
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Microsoft 365
- Understanding of Active Directory, network architecture, and Linux
- Experience with endpoint management tools like Intune or SCCM
- Ability to lift and install IT equipment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting executives or trading floor environments
- Exposure to security tools such as EDR/MDR, SIEM, Netskope, Microsoft Defender, or Arctic Wolf
