Technical Support Analyst

Responsibilities

• Perform business analysis and requirements gathering to translate business needs into technical system requirements
• Support BAU operations and incident management to ensure system stability
• Analyze system usage, licensing models, and cost structures for enterprise platforms
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders through effective communication
• Support the implementation and maintenance of enterprise systems and SaaS platforms

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Maritime Studies, Information Systems, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst role
• Experience with business analysis, requirements gathering, and enterprise/SaaS platforms
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Analytical mindset with high attention to detail
• Experience supporting BAU operations and incident management

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of marine operations and chartering workflows
• Familiarity with marine systems, specifically IMOS
