About the role
Responsibilities
- Resolve kiosk issues via ticketing system and phone IVR
- Perform in-depth technical troubleshooting for hardware and software
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate groups
- Document, track, and monitor problems for timely resolution
- Support and leverage department associates to share best practices
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 3+ years of experience troubleshooting robotics, complex machinery, or kiosk technology
- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows (installation and configuration)
- Basic knowledge of system file drivers
- Ability to work flexible shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical certification
- Experience in a call center environment
- Experience with ticket tracking software and technical documentation
- Knowledge of iOS and Android systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
