About the role

Responsibilities

  • Resolve kiosk issues via ticketing system and phone IVR
  • Perform in-depth technical troubleshooting for hardware and software
  • Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate groups
  • Document, track, and monitor problems for timely resolution
  • Support and leverage department associates to share best practices

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 3+ years of experience troubleshooting robotics, complex machinery, or kiosk technology
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows (installation and configuration)
  • Basic knowledge of system file drivers
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

  • Technical certification
  • Experience in a call center environment
  • Experience with ticket tracking software and technical documentation
  • Knowledge of iOS and Android systems
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
