About the role
Responsibilities
- Support direct customers, distributors, and resellers in the EMEA region via phone, email, or chat
- Resolve technical and business inquiries related to Formlabs printers
- Act as an educator by training customers and resellers using technical expertise
- Assist resellers in delivering high-quality service to their own clients
- Collaborate with the global engineering team to solve complex technical issues
Requirements
- Business fluency in both written and spoken Italian and English
- Strong technical troubleshooting capabilities
- Excellent written communication skills with attention to grammar and spelling
- Comfortable and professional conducting support via telephone
- Strong interpersonal skills and active listening abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Passion for 3D printing and emerging technologies
- Previous experience working in a fast-growing startup environment
