About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from customers to resolve technical issues
- Troubleshoot problems regarding printers, routers, and email services
- Support customer queries and provide necessary technical assistance
Requirements
- Graduate or Undergraduate (10+2) degree
- Excellent English fluency and communication skills
- Experience in International BPO (inbound or outbound) preferred
- 1 year of experience in International Voice is an advantage
- Ability to work in a 6-day rotational shift environment
