Responsibilities
- Provide inbound technical support for US-based customers
- Handle technical queries related to computing and communications devices
- Maintain high standards of communication and service quality
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills
- Minimum 6 months experience in International Outbound (preferred for Inbound Tech Process)
- Ability to work night shifts (US Shift)
- High school diploma or Graduation
- Age between 18 to 30 years
