Technical Support - Aeronautics

Responsibilities

• Supervise aircraft work progress through various operational phases
• Ensure production line supply to launch manufacturing orders
• Resolve aircraft non-conformities and unblock production during unforeseen events
• Manage disputes and aircraft deviations to respect delivery schedules
• Analyze forecasted aircraft delivery states and integrate them into planning
• Provide technical assistance to the production team
• Act as the point of contact for Manufacturing Engineering regarding process modifications
• Prepare aircraft hand-over milestones and support transitions
• Ensure availability of tooling for aircraft work
• Manage stock and missing parts in coordination with procurement and scheduling teams

Requirements

• BAC+2/3 degree in Mechanical Production, CPI, ATI, Industrialization, Electrotechnics, or Aerospace Industrial Technology
• Significant experience in FAL Technical Support or an aeronautical production environment
• Strong technical knowledge including anomaly reporting and non-conformity analysis
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions/processes
• Strong organizational and rigorous work ethic
• Excellent interpersonal and synthesis skills
