About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise aircraft work progress through various operational phases
- Ensure production line supply to launch manufacturing orders
- Resolve aircraft non-conformities and unblock production during unforeseen events
- Manage disputes and aircraft deviations to respect delivery schedules
- Analyze forecasted aircraft delivery states and integrate them into planning
- Provide technical assistance to the production team
- Act as the point of contact for Manufacturing Engineering regarding process modifications
- Prepare aircraft hand-over milestones and support transitions
- Ensure availability of tooling for aircraft work
- Manage stock and missing parts in coordination with procurement and scheduling teams
Requirements
- BAC+2/3 degree in Mechanical Production, CPI, ATI, Industrialization, Electrotechnics, or Aerospace Industrial Technology
- Significant experience in FAL Technical Support or an aeronautical production environment
- Strong technical knowledge including anomaly reporting and non-conformity analysis
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions/processes
- Strong organizational and rigorous work ethic
- Excellent interpersonal and synthesis skills
